Individual Giving & Legacy Manager

Hayley joined us in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in individual giving and donor engagement.

As Individual Giving and Legacy Manager, Hayley leads our strategies to grow income from individual donors and legacy gifts. Her work focuses on building lasting supporter relationships through carefully crafted donor journeys, engaging multi-channel campaigns, and inspiring stewardship.

Before joining BWBF, Hayley held roles at a number of leading charities in the fields of wildlife conservation, children’s services and healthcare. She brings a proven track record of strategic planning, campaign delivery, and income growth, always rooted in supporter connection.

Hayley holds a BSc in Business and IT from Cardiff University and has built on her knowledge with a range of professional development programmes throughout her 13 plus years in the sector.

What Hayley values most about working at BWBF is the chance to make a real impact and being part of a passionate team. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys walking her dogs on the South Downs, centring herself through yoga, belting out tunes in carpool karaoke, and trips to the cinema with friends.
