They should click 'request a device for someone else' and use this form to make the referral.

Audio devices that require a professional referral will state this in their description.

  • You may have noticed that we are no longer supplying Concerto 3 audio devices. While we have long known this device is no longer in production, a supply issue beyond our control means stocks have diminished more quickly than expected.

We know that the Concerto 3 has brought much joy to many in our community and some people may be disappointed by this news. If you would like to talk about alternative devices to meet the needs of someone you support, please contact us.

  • If you think you would benefit from one of our devices that requires a professional referral, but you don't know who can do this for you, please get in touch.
